Quality Policy

The Rais Hassan Saadi Group of Companies (RHSG) are engaged in the provision of Shipping services, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Distribution and other related freight transport activities together with Insurance and Travel Agency. Improving our overall performance throughout our operations is central to our continuing priority to ensure our customers receive both products and services of the highest standards possible. To help us achieve this, we have implemented and maintain a fully documented quality management system based on internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2000 Edition.

Our quality management system is designed to continually improve performance by identifying and addressing the needs of our customers. In order for us to achieve continual improvement, we have set and will maintain, review and where necessary revise, quality objectives with the aim of continually improving our performance.

All employees of the company are expected to conduct their work in a manner compatible with the company's quality policy and objectives and are encouraged through dialogue to actively participate in meeting the needs of our customers.

The Group is committed to continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of reliability and quality in meeting customer requirements, with it's Quality Management System certified to the ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Standard.

The Rais Hassan Saadi Group of companies regularly reviews its operations, as stipulated in the Quality management system, to ensure compliance with the policy, with the continuing aim of meeting our customer requirements by actively improving our performance in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard for quality management.
